Prescription Refills

Dear Patients:

We are upgrading our patient interface and have initiated a new Patient Portal. You will be assigned a Personal Identification Number at your next office visit. This new system will enable prescription refills, referrals, access to information and communication in a secure and convenient manner. In the meanwhile, we have necessarily taken down our old prescription and referral interface.

Prescriptions and refills are issued during regular office hours. By law, narcotic prescriptions must be in written form and cannot be called in to your pharmacy. You must pick up these prescriptions at your physician's office.

Please have your pharmacy’s telephone number ready prior to calling your physician's office.

Routine calls are handled during regular office hours:
Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
