You can also contact the Walk-in Center at (978) 557-8900. As a convenience to our patients, Pentucket Medical will soon be offering online appointment requests. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Haverhill, Newburyport, & RiverWalk Offices: Phones are answered by an answering service when we are not in the office. If you have an urgent problem that cannot wait for office hours please call and the answering service will contact the doctor on call. He or she will get in touch with you as quickly as possible.
