Applications Specialist -Manages and trains all applications including the Electronic Medical Records System (EMR), the Practice Management System and the Communications System.

Duties - Develop, implement and maintain the policies to ensure systems security for all electronic information systems.  Provide training to employees and providers and troubleshoot and resolve problems witht he information systems.  BA degree preferred. A minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of electronic medical records systems preferred.  Knowledge of training principles and techniques desired.  Knowledge of clinical flow within an ambulatory health care setting preferred.  Excellent writing skills and customer service skills required.
